With the combination of a healthy/well balanced diet, and our functional fitness program, you will achieve amazing results.
We highly recommend you enroll in our fundamentals class. This is a special class focused on teaching newer athletes all the basic movements before we add intensity and speed. This class is also perfect for any athlete that wants to brush up on the basics again.
This class is 1 hour long. We will start with a group warm up and stretch, specifically designed to prep the body for the upcoming movements. After our warm up and stretch, we will take 15-20 minutes to focus on a skill or strength. After we finish this portion, we will move into our group workout, with a cool down stretch or foam roll to finish off class.
