Burn//Bootcamp

Hello, High Heart Rate

Burn at Catalyst is a class that is completely tailor around the idea of keeping the heart rate high and the calories burning! 


This 45 minute class will consist of running, rowing, biking, plyometrics, sled pushes and everything else that takes a workout from "good" to "great." 


You won't find any barbells in this class, but you will see plenty of light dumbbells and kettlebells to ensure we push you out of your comfort zone. 


As intense as our Burn class can be, it's catered to any fitness level. All you have to do is show up ready to work.
